The Maintenance & Engineering Manager oversees both maintenance and engineering functions while serving as the technical leader for equipment reliability, troubleshooting strategy, process optimization, and overall technical support to operations. This role bridges engineering, maintenance, and operational execution to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. Responsible for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, this position supports automation systems, PLC troubleshooting, facility systems, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime, productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
