Manager Engineering CA ON Napanee Plt 990 Manager of Engineering is responsible for leading all Engineering and Maintenance activities at the plant to ensure safety, environmental, quality, cost, and productivity targets are consistently met. This role drives a strong reliability culture by implementing predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment and operational performance. The position develops and mentors engineering and maintenance teams, oversees succession planning, and ensures compliance with all EHS, quality, corporate, and legal requirements. Additionally, the Manager of Engineering manages capital investment programs and budgets to support current operations and future business needs.
