Essential Duties and Responsibilities The HRIS Analyst will focus on the support, development and maintenance of the Human Resource Management Systems, including: SuccessFactors Employee Central, SuccessFactors Recruiting, SuccessFactors Onboarding, Oracle HCM; Oracle Advanced Benefits; Compensation Workbench; Time and Labor; and other accompanying software and modules. This role will help Identify, initiate, test and implement new system functionality, system modifications and enhancements. The ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, develop effective solutions, challenge the status quo, and troubleshoot issues is critical to this role. Support Oracle 11i core system, Compensation Workbench, Oracle Advanced Benefits. Run reports using Discoverer Provide system administration support for the Recruiting and Onboarding system (iPower).
