The group provides critical resource planning for 1300+ employees and contractors to enable enterprise resource planning to support our IT project portfolio (100-110 projects yearly) worldwide. This includes, project resource demand forecast planning, space planning, coordination with HR/Recruiting regarding contractor conversions/contract to hire positions, and time & attendance process and reporting. The IT Resource Planning Lead is overall responsible for delivering the groups responsibilities as well as managing 4. Overall Resource Planning coordination and Management Manage team of resource planners to support resource domains. This includes feedback, mentoring and escalation resolution. Work with Portfolio Manager and IT Financial planning to ensure alignment (project start dates, overall costs for internal/external costs) on overall IT portfolio Process Improvement Research and identify improvements to current resource planning tools.
