Job Summary: The Mid Market Solutions Director is an individual contributor role focused on driving business growth through strategic client acquisition. This highly visible position requires close collaboration with both internal teams and prospective clients. The Director brings deep expertise in the Digital Marketing landscape, advertising strategies, and Fluency's platform, with the ability to simplify complex digital marketing concepts for executive-level clients while also engaging with technical execution specialists. Responsible for expanding Fluency's client base, the Director will proactively pursue new business through cold calling, managing inbound leads, and effectively closing new client accounts. External Role Duties: - Identify and establish relationships with new prospective clients to drive business growth. - Effectively demonstrate the Fluency Platform to various stakeholders within a prospective client's organization, including users, directors, managers, and executives. - Develop and present compelling business cases to showcase the value of Fluency's implementation for prospective clients. - Maintain a proactive follow-up routine and
