About the Role Fivetran is looking for a Vice President of Systems Engineering to manage our application systems across the company. This includes the architectural strategy and design, the integration, the configuration and change management, and the operations of those systems. A key responsibility is to ensure the integrations with Fivetran's Automated Data Movement Platform are of the highest quality, security, and reliability, delivering a superior end-to-end customer experience. This role reports to Engineering and will be part of the worldwide engineering leadership team. The successful candidate has a proven track record of leading teams that can architect, design, engineer, implement, and operate business systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, NetSuite, and Catalyst, to name a few. The VP of Systems Engineering will also partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, analytics, legal, people operations, support, and R&D to ensure that their business and operational needs are met 24x7.
