About the Role Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We're looking for a highly organized and execution-oriented Process Analyst to support documentation and analysis of core GTM, operational, and systems workflows across the business. In this role, you will partner with Systems Engineers, Technical Product Managers, RevOps, Finance, and GTM stakeholders to create accurate, scalable, and well-structured process documentation that supports systems transformation, operational efficiency, and AI readiness initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating clarity from ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving environments, and has a strong attention to detail. You'll be responsible for translating complex operational workflows into clean, organized process artifacts including swimlanes, decision trees, data flow diagrams, and operational documentation that can be used by business and technical teams alike. The work is highly cross-functional and requires someone who can quickly absorb information, ask thoughtful questions, synthesize large amounts of feedback, and maintain high quality documentation across multiple concurrent workstreams.
