Business Process Reengineering BPR Specialist Reston, VA The Work : ICF is looking for an enthusiastic Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Specialist to join our team. If you are interested in analyzing, redesigning, and improving business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support organizational goals, then this may be the role for you. Job Location: This position requires that the job be performed in the United States. If you accept this position, you should note that ICF does monitor employee work locations and blocks access from foreign locations/foreign IP addresses, and also prohibits personal VPN connections. You may be asked to travel once a quarter to an office. Our core work hours are 10am - 4pm Eastern Time with the option to start earlier or work later depending on your time zone. What You Will Do: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in the research and assessment of business goals, objectives and needs to align information technology solutions with business initiatives Lead or support business process reengineering initiatives Assist in analyzing and documenting clients' business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to technical and non-technical personnel by constructing basic conceptual data and process models Develop current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) process maps and documentation. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather process requirements and improvement ideas. Use data analysis and performance metrics to evaluate process effectiveness.
