Job Duties: The Processing Specialist IV position performs moderately complex control processes with minimal Supervision. The focus of the position is to perform the day to day functions of deposit/transmission reconciliation and balancing, as well as the research/resolution of non-conforming images. Acts as a back-up to the Lead in their absence. Processing Specialist IV has expert level knowledge in Data Entry or Operator functions or a combination of both. Can perform functions associated with Processing Specialist I, II & III in Data Entry and Operator roles. Data Entry: Handles advanced back-end functions including rejects, reconciliation and balancing of deposits, file creation and transmissions. Follows complex balancing instructions and uses independent thinking to make data driven decisions. Communicates with clients regarding work in progress or completed work
