We are seeking a highly motivated technical leader to guide the Network Engineering and Operations team in delivering scalable, automated, and cloud-ready networking solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver next-generation data center fabric architectures, leveraging technologies such as VXLAN, Cisco Nexus Dashboard, Kubernetes, and AI/ML-enabled networking. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, strengthening troubleshooting capabilities, operational rigor, and adoption of network engineering best practices. - Drive automation strategy and execution using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines, including the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of automation for high-impact operational and reliability use cases. - Own and support all operational aspects of network security infrastructure, including operating system maintenance, vulnerability management, capacity planning, lifecycle management, and certificate administration. - Track and manage projects, processes, and technology initiatives across the team, ensuring alignment, visibility, and timely execution. - Analyze historical network incidents to identify systemic issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement automated remediation to prevent recurrence. - Lead the review, analysis,
