This senior role will be the technical owner and primary hands‑on admin for our mission‑critical Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Customer Success solutions built on Salesforce and Certinia (FinancialForce). The ideal candidate combines deep solution mindset with advanced PSA Administration skills and Salesforce Admin skills and has a strong track record building scalable solutions for high‑growth SaaS organizations.
