About The Role As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Fal.ai, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers exploring how to build and scale their Generative Media initiatives. You'll qualify inbound leads, uncover customer needs, and collaborate closely with Account Executives to create opportunities that drive Fal's growth. This is an opportunity to directly impact revenue growth at a fast-moving startup while building foundational skills in AI sales, customer engagement, and go-to-market execution. Key Responsibilities - Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries to identify potential customers and new opportunities. - Perform discovery to understand each prospect's business goals, media workflows, and AI infrastructure needs. - Manage all inbound leads from initial contact to sales-qualified opportunity, maintaining organized and accurate pipeline data. - Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to optimize inbound lead generation and conversion rates. -
