Job Description: Experian is looking for a team-oriented attorney to provide legal support for Experian's North American consumer services business, Experian Consumer Services, headquartered in Costa Mesa, California. You will report to the SVP, Head of Legal - Consumer Services in the North America Law Department. What You'll Be Doing Provide legal support for day-to-day operations of Experian Consumer Services (ECS), a $1.7B+ business serving 80M+ consumer members Advise on a broad range of legal matters across financial wellness, credit education, and identity protection products Assess and interpret existing and emerging laws and regulations, including financial services, consumer protection, and data privacy Conduct legal risk assessments and regulatory reviews for new products, features, and marketing initiatives Support development and launch of innovative consumer products such as Experian Boost, Smart Money Digital Checking, Experian Go, and Insurance Services Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, including strategic alliances, FinTech partnerships, and financial services contracts Serve as a subject matter expert on the evolving legal and regulatory landscape impacting digital consumer financial services Partner closely with business leaders, general managers,
