Job Summary We're looking for a hands-on Electrical Engineering Technician to support our hardware development and validation efforts. In this role, you'll own the execution of electrical test procedures, maintain rigorous documentation standards, and keep our lab environments running smoothly across multiple concurrent projects. You'll work closely with hardware engineers to ensure data integrity and help us move fast without cutting corners. Key Responsibilities - Set up, calibrate, and operate electrical test equipment - including oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and signal analyzers - in accordance with established test procedures - Collect, record, and validate electrical measurement data, maintaining accurate and traceable documentation for analysis and quality assurance - Monitor live test runs and equipment performance, identifying anomalies and troubleshooting issues to maintain test integrity and minimize downtime - Prepare test benches, fixtures, and lab environments to support scheduled hardware experiments across multiple concurrent projects - Organize and maintain lab logs, test databases, and results reports, communicating findings clearly to hardware engineers
