This role offers the opportunity to make meaningful contributions as part of a high-performing in-house legal team. The Attorney/Sr. Attorney, Corporate & Securities responsibilities include but are not limited to: - In coordination with more senior members of the Corporate & Securities legal team, providing legal support on a wide range of corporate, governance and securities matters, including: - Securities law compliance (such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, rules check and compliance) - Section 16 filings (Forms 3 and 4) - Compliance with public company reporting and disclosure
