Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and driven Corporate Counsel - Securities to join our legal team. This role will support the company's compliance with U.S. and U.K. securities laws and public company reporting obligations , with a particular focus on Nasdaq listing rules and SEC requirements . The position will also contribute to sustainability disclosure and reporting , Board of Directors support , and global subsidiary management . The ideal candidate will bring strong law firm training, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global public company environment.
