Sr Staffing Support Specialist (Req 1285) Remote - New York **Geographic Locations: New York Remote (Long Island, NY Metro); Hybrid (Herndon, VA, Plymouth, MN, Chandler, AZ) Overview The Senior Staffing Support Specialist will manage customer fulfillment opportunities and partner closely with the Staffing sales BDE team to drive and promote staffing services for the Strategic Staffing group. This role is responsible for supporting the full staffing lifecycle, maintaining strong customer and candidate relationships, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the hiring and placement process. Your Impact The essential functions of this position include: - Coordinate the full staffing cycle from opportunity intake through engagement to the invoicing team - Ensure all corporate policies, compliance requirements, and placement documentation are completed accurately and timely - Partner with sales teams and staffing partners nationwide to qualify, support, and fulfill staffing opportunities - Communicate directly with customers to help support understanding job requirements, coordinate interviews, and manage expectations - Conduct candidate pre-screening and technical qualification assessments with ePlus engineering staff - Maintain ongoing relationships with placed consultants to monitor engagement status and support successful assignments - Build and strengthen customer relationships to help identify and support new business opportunities with your Staffing BDE - Participate in customer meetings and sales team meetings to promote and expand staffing services when needed - Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Support reporting, tracking, and additional administrative responsibilities as assigned Qualifications - High school diploma required - Bachelor's degree preferred - 3-5+
