Customer Service Representative Country United States This is a CONTRACT POSITION. Your employment will be held by a third-party company of ENGIE's choosing. Duration: Six Months Compensation: Pay Rate: $22.00 Location: Houston TX What You Can Expect ENGIE is looking for a Customer Care Representative who delivers exceptional service on every customer interaction. You will support inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with account questions, process payments, and help resolve issues by partnering with internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Answer customer calls and assist with billing, account updates, and portal access Make outbound calls to resolve issues or follow up on customer needs Process payments, refunds, and service tickets Route new and renewal sales inquiries to the appropriate team Provide friendly, professional, and accurate customer support Collaborate with Care, Billing, and Sales teams to resolve customer issues quickly Meet performance expectations (quality, AHT, SLA, etc.) Share customer insights to help improve processes and retention Handle customer emails and chats. What You'll Bring High School Diploma Minimum three years of call center experience (required) REP/energy industry experience (ERCOT or other markets) preferred Strong verbal, written, and customer communication skills Ability to type 40+ WPM and
