You will support inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with account questions, process payments, and help resolve issues by partnering with internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Answer customer calls and assist with billing, account updates, and portal access Make outbound calls to resolve issues or follow up on customer needs Process payments, refunds, and service tickets Route new and renewal sales inquiries to the appropriate team Provide friendly, professional, and accurate customer support Collaborate with Care, Billing, and Sales teams to resolve customer issues quickly Meet performance expectations (quality, AHT, SLA, etc.) Share customer insights to help improve processes and retention Handle customer emails and chats.
