POSITION SUMMARY We're looking for experienced, passionate, and resourceful staff-level engineers to join our Identity backend team. You'll help build the systems that provide effortless, secure access across EarnIn's expanding consumer and enterprise ecosystem, ensuring legitimate users can move forward seamlessly while stopping bad actors in their tracks. As a staff engineer, you'll work cross-functionally to ship resilient identity infrastructure at scale, harnessing agentic workflows and modern AI tooling to multiply your impact. This is a remote position, though it could also be a hybrid role from our Mexico City office as part of our expanding site.
