Job Description: We are seeking a professional and decisive Shift Lead to join our team in Fountain, United States. In this role, you will oversee daily shift operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure the smooth execution of all assigned tasks. The Shift Lead is responsible for maintaining operational excellence, upholding safety standards, and fostering a productive work environment.
