Warehouse Lead US-NV-Reno, Nevada (Reno II) Position: Warehouse Lead Job Description: Job Title: Warehouse Lead Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm Salary: $26.00 plus shift differential if applicable We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing labor distribution, overseeing workflow, and maintaining quality and production standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, excellent leadership skills, impeccable attendance and a commitment to fostering a productive and positive work environment This position operates from Monday - Friday. Overtime work, including weekends, can be regular and is required based on business goals. What You'll Be Doing: Effectively lead a group of employees to achieve optimal production output based on required workload for the day. Working with supervisors to coordinate daily requirements for production scheduling. Will work directly with supervisors to oversee receiving, picking, or shipping departments. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion, coordinating with other members of the management group. Decisions are guided by policy, procedures and business planning. Will receive direction from shift supervisor, operations manager, or other member of management staff. Provide directions for teams in group settings for department and warehouse staff. Directly working with associates for training and inspection/measurement of processes to ensure optimal quality and output.
