Position Summary This role offers robust litigation experience in a supportive environment where your voice and perspective matter. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities ** • Support case evaluation, strategy development, and legal research • Draft complaints, discovery, meet-and-confer letters, motions, and briefs • Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences with partner guidance • Work directly with clients to understand their experiences and goals • Assist with preparing cases for hearings, settlement, or trial • Collaborate closely with partners, paralegals, and intake team members • Perform additional responsibilities that support excellent case outcomes **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ** • Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills • Passion for representing employees and advancing workplace justice • Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients • Organized, adaptable, and eager to grow • **Education & Experience ** • Recent law school graduate or early-career attorney • Licensed in Nevada or
