The Social Work Program Coordinator is responsible for the professional and administrative management of the Veteran Directed Care (VDC) within the NAVAHCS system. The incumbent manages and controls the use of data related to all programs regarding day to day functioning and program evaluation. Duties This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT and may be posted up to July 15, 2026, OR until vacancy filled. The initial cut-off date for referral of eligible applications will be April 29, 2025, with subsequent cut-off dates every two weeks until vacancy is filled. Technical assistance provided to monitor activities and program reviews, and the development and analysis of information. In addition, the incumbent will uses sound judgment in the interpretation of trends and patterns; the application of guidelines; and the recommendation of program enhancements. The incumbent performs work related to the review, monitoring, analysis, planning and assessment of each program under his/her authority as well as quality improvement aspects.
