Duties NONAPPROPRIATED FUND POSITION DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Human Resources Assistant BUSINESS TITLE: Recruiting Assistant FLSA: Non-exempt JOB SERIES: 0203 PAY LEVEL: NF-02 Follows established procedures to assist the Talent Acquisition team in ensuring fair and consistent application of U.S. Government, Marine Corps, and MCCS policies throughout the organization. Provides administrative support to Talent Acquisition team members to include, but not limited to, contacting selected candidates to expedite completion of hiring documentation, preparation of new employee Official Personnel Files (OPFs), entering candidate information into the Talent Acquisition recruitment tracker, announcing positions, and conducting screening for minimum qualifications. Maintains Talent Acquisition related files in accordance with applicable regulations and in compliance with DoD policy. Verifies all applicable candidate vetting documentation to include but not limited to, Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders, educational transcripts and/or diplomas, passports, marriage certificate to confirm Military Spouse Preference (MSP), stateside driver¿s license, DD-214 for former active duty, social security card, and all other required hiring & onboarding documentation. Completes all required trainings and any additional position specific trainings as assigned. Assists
