Duties NONAPPROPRIATED FUND POSITION DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Lodging Facility Manager BUSINESS TITLE: Dual Facility Lodging Manager (Courtney/Hansen) FLSA: Exempt JOB SERIES: 1101 PAY LEVEL: NF-04 INTRODUCTION: This is a Marine Corps Hospitality Services (MCHS) MCB, Camp S.D. Butler position reporting directly to the Lodging Program Manager. This position is responsible for the operation of the Inns of the Corps Camp Courtney, Distinguished Visitors Quarters - Eagle's Nest, and Inns of the Corps Camp Hansen. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for management and administration of Inns of the Corps Camp Courtney, Distinguished Visitors Quarters - Eagle's Nest, and Inns of the Corps Camp Hansen's daily business operation including but not limited to financial budgeting, strategic planning, customer service and satisfaction trends and complying with all applicable regulations and directives. Conducts surveys and studies to ensure that services and facilities meet the needs, cleanliness, and desire of patrons.
