Duties Serves as the Director, Transformation Integration Directorate (TID), the Combined Arms Command. Leads Army-level system-of-systems integration (Level II) across doctrine, training, force design, and lessons learned in support of the Army of the future. integrating doctrine, training, force design, and lessons learned across the Army enterprise. Serves as the Army's integrator for these efforts, ensuring unity of effort across CAC, T2COM, Futures and Concepts Command, and the Army Staff which directly impacts warfighting readiness by enabling the Army to deliver cohesive, integrated for continuous transformation, modernization, and the delivery of integrated, lethal capabilities to the force. Establishes an enterprise governance framework to synchronize integration efforts across CAC and T2COM, align the functions of DOTO, FOO, and TLLM into a unified process, and deliver initial system-of-systems integration outputs that directly inform force development and modernization decisions. Enables the delivery of fully integrated capabilities at echelon and ensures continuous alignment between doctrine, training, and force design.
