National Outsourced Accounting Solutions Leader Boston, MA, United States #LI-SH1 #LI-HYBRID Essential Functions and Primary Duties Defining and executing the national OAS strategy to unify regional practices under a cohesive, scalable operating model. Expanding the service portfolio with technology-enabled, advisory-driven solutions that deliver measurable client value and sustainable profitability. Shaping critical business decisions regarding service mix, industry specialization, and client experience standards to achieve profitable growth. Driving market growth through differentiated go-to-market strategies, pricing, and packaging that elevate CBIZ's competitive position. Developing thought leadership that highlights our competitive differentiation, elevates our reputation in the market, and attracts extraordinary talent to our network. Building and scaling a high-performing team and culture, aligned around best practices, KPIs, and consistent client experience at scale. Developing a national talent strategy, including advisory career pathways, upskilling, and leadership development. Driving operational excellence by establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and standardized processes that ensure accountability, consistency, and efficiency across the national OAS practice. Establishing data-driven metrics aligned with CAS 2.0 benchmarks. Scaling offshore resources to drive efficiency, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. Working alongside the OAS Business Transformation team to define and drive a forward-looking technology strategy. Evaluating and prioritizing emerging technologies to ensure the OAS practice remains at the forefront of digital transformation. Preferred Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional credential. Prior leadership experience in a mid-market or large public accounting firm with exposure to national or multi-regional practice integration.
