Note: This position is offered as a 6-month contractual role with the possibility of extension based on business needs. Unleash your Potential As a Human Resources Executive , you will take the lead in shaping our talent journey from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and beyond. You will manage job portals, craft hiring documentation, prepare insightful reports, and ensure smooth audits. Plus, you will play a key role in employer branding and talent attraction activities, helping us build a workplace where great people thrive. You will play an important role in: Execute end-to-end recruitment activities for all employment types including interns. Manage and maintain online recruitment platforms and job portals. Participate in company branding activities to support talent attraction strategies. Process recruitment-related documentation. Manage onboarding process of the new hires and interns, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Prepare and maintain recruitment-related reports accurately and in a timely manner. Undertake any recruitment-related projects or ad-hoc tasks as required. To be successful in this role, you need to have: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Human Resources, or equivalent. Minimum
