APAC Myopia Commercial Manager Singapore APAC Myopia Commercial Manager Singapore (On-site) TRENDING JOB DESCRIPTION The scope includes deployment of sales & customer marketing programs, sharing of best practice, implementing market sales and planning processes, and tracking execution excellence. The ultimate goal is to ensure brand objectives are achieved at the ECP and/or retail Point of Sale. Key areas of responsibility include: Regional Trade Marketing Leadership: Develop and govern an APAC Myopia Activity Plan, ensuring harmonized sales operations, scorecards and priority activation in each market Joint Sales Planning: Partner with country sales teams and distributors to co-create sales plans that align with APAC marketing priorities and deliver sustainable growth. Partnership with Global Myopia commercial team (inc. forecast, process, dashboard and tools) to execute in APAC Channel Strategy & Execution: Define and optimize activation strategies for optical retail, ECP, and key accounts Commercial Excellence: Drive pricing, promotion, and trial strategies, supported by simple ROI analysis. Insights & Performance Management: Lead the development of commercial dashboards and scorecards to monitor execution, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Regional Commercial Activity Plan Leadership Develop and maintain an APAC Myopia Commercial Activity Plan by partnering with the markets to integrate global, regional and local priorities, insights and actions. Govern the regional Myopia Sales activity calendar, ensuring timely deployment of campaigns, promotions, and educational initiatives. Align trade marketing activities with global commercial guidelines and APAC MiSight marketing priorities to maximize category growth.
