About the Role As the Head of EMEA Field Marketing , you are the chief marketing architect of our go-to-market engine across the Enterprise and Strategic teams. You will lead a high-performing team of Field Marketing Managers to design, execute, and optimize regional marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue. We are looking for a player-coach who is as comfortable interpreting a dashboard as they are commanding a room during a QBR. What You'll Do Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth - Architect the Theater Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing plans across regions, segments, and industries to both land and expand in the largest enterprise accounts - Deliver theatre growth plans: Build differentiated strategies, scalable programs, and world class events across buying personas and industries, delivering at-scale and account-based tactics.
