Human Resource Manager - Earth City, MO (On-site) RectorSeal Earth City The HR Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving HR initiatives that support distribution center operations in Earth City, MO. This role partners closely with DC leadership to foster a high-performance culture, ensure staffing stability, promote employee engagement, and maintain compliance with all company policies and employment laws. The HR Manager will lead HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, safety collaboration, training, and HR analytics within a fast-paced distribution environment. This is an on-site position that requires daily presence at our Earth City facility, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.
