Overview The Director, Category Management (Women's) for HEYDUDE reports to the VP, Category Management & Merchandising and leads the women's footwear business. This role is responsible for building category strategy through deep consumer, trend, competitive, and marketplace insights while leading end-to-end product creation across a growing multi-category portfolio. This leader will drive revenue and margin growth, identify new opportunities for expansion, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver compelling product strategies that strengthen the women's business. What You'll Do Build and lead the long-term vision for the Women's footwear business, identifying growth opportunities across categories, occasions and consumers that expand the Brand beyond current product assortment Translate consumer insights, trend intelligence, competitive analysis and marketplace data into actionable category strategies that identify white space, and strengthen product positioning Partner closely with the VP of Category Management & Merchandising to shape season
