Overview The Analyst - Supply Chain Network Design will support Crocs' global supply chain strategy through advanced modeling, data analysis, and optimization. This role focuses on evaluating cost, service, and capacity trade-offs to inform long-term network decisions such as warehouse placement, flow paths, and transportation design. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to solve complex supply chain problems using data-driven approaches. This position will collaborate closely with the U.S.-based Network Strategy team to build models, run scenarios, and communicate actionable insights that drive network efficiency and scalability. What You'll Do Build, validate, and maintain supply chain network models to evaluate strategic and tactical design scenarios. Gather, clean, and structure data from multiple sources (ERP, transportation, fulfillment, etc.) to support network analysis.
