Our team's mission is to drive strategic alignment and operational excellence across the organization. We achieve this by applying our expertise in program management, data and analytics, and business architecture. We work in a fast-paced environment collaborating across global teams to enable strategic business outcomes. Your Impact Designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain transformations: Crafting strategies that optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business value. Using data to inform decisions: Applying sophisticated analytics to uncover insights, predict trends, and optimize supply chain performance. Driving multi-functional alignment: Collaborating with diverse teams to ensure flawless execution and achieve strategic objectives. Shaping the future of technology: Contributing to the evolution of Cisco's supply chain, ensuring we remain at the groundbreaking of innovation. Work with senior leadership to develop and refine the strategic roadmap for our optics manufacturing business unit. Identify, map and analyze the key business capabilities required to implement the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals. Design, document, and optimize
