Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) 9817 Crescent Park Drive, West Chester OH Position Summary Crescent Maintenance Technician is responsible to perform maintenance duties committed to meeting all our customer's need, and people's needs. Ensuring he operators as outlined in the Crescent Way- 3 P's: Purpose Process People While building on our culture of: Doing it Right Doing it Safe Doing it Well Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safety Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook - Doing it Safe Ensure a safe work environment is maintained Engage in the Safety Observation process Complete maintenance tasks on time and correctly as assigned Ensure all equipment is operating safely Ensure all maintenance work is being completed in a safe manner Ensure a clean and organized work space, and hold themselves to a high standard and lives the “leave work areas better than found them” Continually seek out and remove forms of risk created by our equipment and equipment setup People Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting capabilities Help in training for all other personnel at Crescent (FLO's, Line Leaders, Machine Operators) who will interact and or operate with equipment Treat People with Respect and communicate in a professional manner Able to except direction and delegation from leaders Encourage People to take ownership and build relationships with other Key Crescent People Productivity Look for new uses of technology and equipment, providing Crescent and customers with flexibility and improved productivity Participate in setups and ensure they are done correctly, safely and on time Complete all PM's on
