Responsibilities - Drive Coupang Pay's technical programs in platform, product and security engineering - End-to-end responsibility: from diagnostic and strategy development to execution and accountability for quarterly and annual goals - Develop new tools and process to support the strategic direction of the Fintech organization - Prioritize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization - Work with internal stakeholders (tech, finance, legal, marketing teams) to drive scalable solutions - Identify system and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability - Define tech metrics and able to help team enhance engineering excellence - Use data to inform system needs and prioritize system requirements Basic Qualifications - Practical understanding of technical architectures (APIs, Cloud, Web Services) within the Payment, Fintech, or Financial Services
