This role is both strategic and highly hands-on. You will be a trusted advisor to leaders, an advocate for employees, and an operational driver who thrives in a fast-paced, venue-based environment. You will play a critical role in building culture, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle. This role needs to be on-site Monday-Friday. Own and manage all day-to-day HR operations for the venue, balancing strategic initiatives with immediate people needs. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for supervisory and management roles, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, hiring recommendations, etc. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to policies, procedures, programs, and workplace concerns.
