This role is both strategic and highly hands-on. You will be a trusted advisor to leaders, an advocate for employees, and an operational driver who thrives in a fast-paced, venue-based environment. You will play a critical role in building culture, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle. Our values and beliefs are core to who we are, and we are looking for a leader who is energized by being on the floor, solving problems in real time, and partnering with the business to create an engaged, compliant, and high-performing team. This role needs to be on-site Monday-Friday. Responsibilities: Partner closely with leadership, managers, and team members to strengthen relationships, build morale, improve productivity, and drive retention. Own and manage all day-to-day HR operations for the venue, balancing strategic initiatives with immediate people needs. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for supervisory and management roles, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, hiring recommendations, etc. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to policies, procedures, programs, and workplace concerns.
