We believe that data-driven, safe inventory management will optimize the global physical economy and improve economic prosperity for humanity. ABOUT THE ROLE With autonomous robots deployed in dozens of Global 2000 companies across the US, we're now ready to introduce the AI inventory revolution with robotics at scale, implementing to hundreds and thousands of warehouses. We're looking for a hands-on implementation engineer to deliver exceptional installations and champion the operational success of our robotics systems across the US. Specifically, in this role you will: - Install and configure the Corvus One hardware system in customer facilities - Organize implementation projects for new and existing enterprise customers - Swiftly triage and perform incident response to real-world robotics operations at scale - Be the “face of innovation” in the education of embodied-AI to customer champions - Collaborate with product engineering & customer success to deliver value-add product improvements In this role, you'll spend 80% of time traveling to customer sites, with periodic trips to HQ in Mountain View, CA.
