WHAT WE'RE SEEKING We're looking for a supply chain and production coordinator to own our pre-production workflows -- from supplier communications and material planning to receiving and IQC. This role is foundational to our production operations and the ideal candidate is experienced in managing the supply chain for advanced hardware products, such as robotics, medical devices, aerospace, or PCBAs. This person will play a key role in managing supplier relationships and monitoring inventory health, running and scaling a robust, resilient production for robotics manufacturing. Specifically, in this role you will: - Forecast production volume and generate procurement plans for strategic and high-volume suppliers - Negotiate, set terms, and schedule blanket purchases based on production cycle - Monitor and proactively mitigate risks in inventory and supply chain health for key components - Coordinate receiving across supplier and production facilities, including international shipments - Manage and maintain IQC and putaway processes with an ERP and quality assurance tools This role is in-person/hybrid
