As a Y Combinator-backed startup, funded by Initialized Capital, we're building the infrastructure for clean energy contractors to succeed. We're looking for top-tier talent to scale with us. Role Overview: We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the development and scaling of our platform. As a key member of our small, dynamic team, you'll collaborate across functions to deliver a seamless and powerful experience for our users. This role requires deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, as well as a passion for building robust, scalable systems. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited about making a significant impact in renewable energy, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack solutions. - Build and enhance web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. - Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to align on requirements and deliver high-quality features. - Define and implement best practices for software development and deployment. - Optimize application performance and scalability for growing user demands. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. - Take ownership of technical decisions and contribute to the product roadmap. What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, with a deep understanding of software engineering principles. - 7+ years of experience
