Now, Cisco is seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to develop high-impact features across modern web applications and Java-based backend systems-playing a key role in delivering intelligent, AI-powered solutions that enhance network performance, automation, and user experience at scale. Your impact: As a Tech Lead in the Full Stack area, you will own major product areas spanning backend services, APIs, and UI workflows. Own End-to-End Product Delivery: Lead the design and delivery of SD-WAN management workflows across UI and backend, including configuration, policy management, observability, and troubleshooting features. Architect Scalable Systems: Design and build high-performance Java-based services and REST APIs, along with responsive React/Angular frontends for large-scale, real-time network operations. Drive Modernization & Reliability: Break down monolithic systems into cloud-ready modular architectures, while improving API contracts, data flows, and system performance across distributed environments. Lead Technical Excellence: Drive production issue resolution, root cause analysis, and system optimization while mentoring engineers through design reviews and code reviews. Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with Product, UX, and Platform teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and enhance engineering efficiency using CI/CD best practices and AI-powered development tools
