About this role

Manager, Reagent Manufacturing Livingston, NJ, United States PTA is a critical reagent for our genomics laboratories and is manufactured in house. This is a new value stream for CooperSurgical and the Value Stream Manager will be an integral part of setting up reagent manufacturing in a purpose built facility. The PTA Value Stream Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing manufacturing, material control, and product assembly activities to ensure consistent flow of production in support of demand for the genomics reagents. This role executes production plans, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with established quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The Value Stream Manager works cross functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Operations leadership to improve productivity, reduce risk, control costs, and maintain product quality within established budgets.
