As a Product Lifecycle Supply Chain Program Manager within Optics Operations at Cisco, you will play a vital role in managing product data and lifecycle processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product changes, maintain data integrity, and support global manufacturing partners. Job Requirements Operate and support Product Data Management (PDM) systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of change requests (ECO, MCO, Deviations, etc.). Maintain the Approved Vendor List and create Supplier Process Change Notifications. Create part numbers and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) structures. Ensure timely implementation of changes with global manufacturing partners using a closed-loop system. Analyze data, generate reports and metrics, and perform data integrity audits in PDM and ERP systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Document Control processes. Provide general PDM support and training to users and assist Supply Chain as needed.
