Continuously engage with Regulatory Affairs and Quality affairs teams to ensure that all standards are current and fully applied to our products. Conduct Gap assessments on product technical documentation and make recommendations for improvement. Initiate change orders for implementation of changes or guide cross-functional groups to do the same. Participate in CAPA process as it relates to product conformance Develop strong partnerships with multi-functional leaders to ensure that alignment, efficiency, and execution meet business requirements Ensure that the voice of the customer is present in all decisions and that all design requirements are translated into practical design changes that can be verified and ultimately validated in manufacturing Ensure projects are carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO, MDD/MDR) & LeMaitre policy & procedure requirements Capture & disseminate knowledge acquired during projects to improve LeMaitre product development processes & systems Acquire resources from functional organizations, support groups & outside sources to ensure project success Provide assistance in related areas

    Driver / Warehouse Burlington, MA, US Overview LeMaitre Vascular is looking to hire a full-time Driver/Warehouse immediately. This position will be dedicated to safely operating a delivery vehicle, loading and unloading goods, and ensuring deliveries are accurate and complete. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials and finished goods between company sites, suppliers, and customers; perform required vehicle inspections and maintain DOT compliance Receive, store, and stage finished goods in the warehouse, ensuring proper labeling, organization, and secure storage Accurately track inventory movements, lot numbers, and quantities using ERP/WMS systems; complete shipping, receiving, and delivery documentation Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, FIFO/FEFO practices, and investigation of discrepancies Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining a clean, safe work environment Qualifications Valid CDL (Class A or Class B) license with appropriate endorsements, as required Clean driving record and current DOT medical card Minimum of 5 years of commercial driving experience preferred Experience with local or regional deliveries preferred Ability to safely load/unload materials and handle physical demands of the role Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and timeliness Ability to work independently and follow established procedures Compensation: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting.
