Job Description: Manage and coordinate the department's resources (personnel, machinery, equipment, and budget) based on Quality, Cost, and Safety objectives, in order to ensure compliance with the production target. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Experience in the automotive industry required (experience in tire manufacturing is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office English- B1 Knowledge of production processes Personnel management (Mandatory) Problem analysis and resolution Lean Manufacturing Quality Management Systems. ESH Systems (Environment, Safety, and Health) Experience with ERP systems.
