Quality Manager MX San Luis Potosi Plt The Quality Manager leads all quality activities within the plant, ensuring product and process excellence through strong leadership, technical expertise, and continuous improvement. This role ensures compliance with industry standards and customer requirements while building a high-performing team. Why This Role Matters Ensures product quality meets customer and regulatory requirements Drives operational excellence and continuous improvement Reduces risk through proactive problem-solving and process control Strengthens customer satisfaction and business performance Builds a culture of quality, accountability, and high performance What You Will Do Lead plant quality operations aligned with safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives Ensure compliance with Goodyear standards, GQMTS, and customer specifications Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including OEE and Plant Optimization Oversee quality systems, audits (LPA), and laboratory operations Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and project execution What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required (STEM preferred) 7+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or a related field (or 10+ years without a STEM degree) Proven experience leading technical and cross-functional teams Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO/IATF preferred) Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills #LI-SN1 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
