Field Enablement Program Manager Denver, Colorado, United States About the Opportunity As a Revenue Enablement Program Manager at Contentful, you will play a key role in building and delivering programs that empower our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Experience and Partner Manager teams. Your mission will be to drive field readiness through structured, impactful enablement initiatives, boosting knowledge, refining skills, and supporting strong leadership across both pre- and post-sales activities. What to expect? - Join a fast-paced, high-impact Enablement team shaping field performance and strategic outcomes across global GTM segments - Design and deliver structured enablement programs tailored to Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Experience and Partner Manager roles - Partner closely with our Sales and broader Field leadership team on initiatives that strengthen core Sales capabilities and drive revenue growth - Own cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, People and Operations to support company-wide enablement goals - Contribute to measurable performance by using KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops to optimize enablement outcomes - Act as a program owner and facilitator , delivering in-person and virtual training, e-learning experiences, and onboarding integration - Ensure alignment with Sales Readiness tools , learning pathways, and content management best practices What you need to be successful - 3-5 years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, Sales, or Customer Experience roles - Understanding of key Sales roles, GTM processes, and measurement to effectively partner with Sales leadership on initiatives that strengthen core Sales capabilities and drive revenue growth. - Training delivery experience or
