About the Position: The Director / Senior Director of Commercial Finance will lead the end-to-end commercial deal lifecycle across new business, expansions, and renewals for a growing colocation and data center platform. You and your team will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Sales Engineering, Operations, and Customer Experience to structure complex colocation agreements, prepare project and deal-based returns analysis, optimize pricing and contract strategy, directly negotiate with customers, and proactively manage the renewal pipeline. The role requires strong commercial judgment, exceptional attention to detail, confidence presenting to both executives and customers, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
