About the role We are looking for an experienced cyber insurance underwriter to join Coalition's Nordic team. In this role, you will underwrite profitable new and renewal business, help grow our presence across the Nordic market, and build strong relationships with brokers and other key partners. Underwriting at Coalition is about finding ways to help clients solve cyber risk. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical underwriting judgment, market credibility, and a relationship-driven approach. You will partner closely with business development, security, and other cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful underwriting decisions and support Coalition's continued growth in the region. This is a remote opportunity that can be based anywhere in Sweden or Denmark. Responsibilities - Underwrite new and renewal cyber business in line with underwriting guidelines, authority, and profitability goals - Evaluate policyholders and risks analytically, including researching exposures, controls, and industry-specific risk factors as needed - Negotiate pricing, coverage, participation, and terms with brokers to grow the book responsibly and profitably - Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and other relevant market stakeholders across the broader Nordic region - Proactively support retention of existing business and development
