Senior Product Designer Bengaluru | OnSite We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives on solving complex problems and crafting scalable solutions. You'll take ownership of designing intuitive, impactful product experiences that make video creation simple and delightful. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Identify and solve problems: Work closely with users and the team to uncover pain points, define problems clearly, and design solutions that are scalable and intuitive. - End-to-end product design: From research and problem framing, to wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. You'll own the full design lifecycle for the features you are responsible for. - Shape product experiences: Design workflows and interactions that make complex video creation simple, powerful, and delightful. - Collaborate deeply: Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to align on problems, validate solutions, and ship high-quality experiences. - Champion design quality: Establish patterns, systems, and frameworks that ensure consistency and scalability across the product. - Think impact: Understand product metrics, experiment, and evaluate design choices based on their impact on business and user goals. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing product design work with measurable impact. - Ability to work independently, from framing problems to delivering polished solutions. - Skilled in interaction design, user flows, prototyping, and visual/UI design. - Comfort with product analytics and measuring design's impact on metrics. - Curiosity for video, media, and AI-powered workflows. - Bonus: Motion/visual storytelling skills. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with founders, engineers,
